Christopher Cunningham (b. 1988, Virginia)I have an artistic practice that spans
photography, drawing, writing, sculpture, independent publishing, and open source
software.
I have worked in photographic print production for
the past fifteen years, collaborating
with artists, galleries, and museums.
Currently, as a project manager at Refined Sight,
I oversee planning, design, production
& installation of corporate signage, environmental graphics,
and architectural films.
From 2018 to 2024, I founded and operated
Loupe Print, a fine art printing and framing studio
in Chicago. Prior, I co-founded
Contango, an independent journal of artist's projects and
critical writing in Chicago from 2016 to 2020.
I apprenticed under Frank DiPerna and David Adamson
in digital printing and under Bill Butler of
Archival Art Services in custom framing.
I received a BFA in Photojournalism from
Corcoran College of Art + Design.
